Bengal Telecom Services was established in the year 1998. Both the partners previously had a rich experience in the field of voice communication since 1987. BTS started its business operations with L&T EPABX and when L&T closed down their EPABX Division, started distribution & direct selling of SYNTEL EPABX from Arvind Ltd. Telecom Division.

We are The Official sales and service partners for Indian Multinationals like Arvind Ltd. Telecom Division, Bharti Teletech Ltd., etc. and Foreign Multinationals like NEC, POLYCOM, CISCO etc. Within a few years established ourself as one of the largest distributors of Office Automation products in Eastern part Of India

We are the leading partner for SYNTEL & NEC EPABX in East and have been the highest seller for consecutive last few years.

Today we have a customer base of over 2,000 users across Eastern India backed by over 20 field resources for sales and service support. All our service engineers are fully trained by respective manufacturers like SYNTEL, NEC etc.
